These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Ledgerino (“we,” “our,” or “us”), operated by Stefano Amedeo. By accessing or using Ledgerino, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

By using Ledgerino, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. License Grant

Ledgerino and its software are licensed, not sold, to you. Subject to these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited license to access and use Ledgerino for your internal purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Ledgerino. You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, or create derivative works of Ledgerino software without our prior written consent.

3. Account Registration

• You must create an account to use Ledgerino. Account registration and authentication are handled via Google Firebase Authentication through the Google Play Store.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information to Firebase/Google and update it as necessary.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and all activity under your Ledgerino account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• Your use of Firebase Authentication is also subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use Ledgerino only in compliance with applicable laws.
• Not use Ledgerino for unlawful, offensive, or objectionable purposes.
• Not share your account or credentials with others.
• Be responsible for your device, internet connection, and any data or message fees.
• Comply with all rules regarding export, taxes, and applicable jurisdictional regulations.

5. Your Content

• Ledgerino allows you to upload and use information (“Your Content”).
• You are responsible for accuracy, legality, and acquisition of Your Content.
• By uploading, you grant Ledgerino a worldwide license to use, reproduce, transmit, display, and adapt Your Content as needed to provide the service.
• We may generate aggregated, anonymized analytical data from Your Content for product development, reporting, and improvement. No personally identifiable information will be shared publicly.
• You retain ownership of Your Content.

6. Payments and Fees

• Paid features or subscriptions are processed via Google Play Store. All payment processing, billing, and payment data storage are handled exclusively by Google. We do not have access to your payment information.
• Fees are due as specified in the Play Store; you authorize Google to process automatic billing according to your subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Google Play Store according to their refund policy. Please refer to Google Play's terms for refund eligibility and procedures.
• Subscription management, cancellation, and billing inquiries should be directed to Google Play Store through your account settings.
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes, as determined by Google Play Store and your jurisdiction.

7. Service Availability

• Ledgerino is provided 24/7 with commercially reasonable efforts, excluding maintenance, downtime caused by third parties, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control.
• We may modify, enhance, or discontinue features at any time with notice where practical.

8. Warranties

• Ledgerino is provided “as-is,” “as available,” with all faults.”
• We do not guarantee that Ledgerino will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free, or compatible with all devices.
• You acknowledge that use of Ledgerino is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Our liability for any single incident is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ledgerino, Stefano Amedeo, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of Ledgerino
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of any applicable law or third-party rights

11. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.
• Upon termination, you must cease use of Ledgerino and destroy any copies of Ledgerino software.
• Certain provisions (intellectual property, indemnification, liability limitations, analytical data) survive termination.

12. Export Compliance

You may not export or re-export Ledgerino or any associated data to countries where restricted by applicable law without prior authorization. You are responsible for compliance with all export regulations.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of [Your Jurisdiction].

14. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
